It was decent place for travelling to Puerto Morelos, I was glad to stay there. The apartment was in a quiet and amazing location. Moreover, it was in really quiet area just off the public beach, restaurants and centre of town, and Puerto Morelos. I truly enjoyed the owner, and the staff was attentive and very friendly.

The staff here were incredibly accommodating, they treated me like family.

The hostess was incredibly helpful and always available. the flat was clean and comfortable, and we loved having the option to cook our own meals. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away.

The property didn't have a pool or garden area, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a place to swim and relax outdoors.

The room had everything we needed and more; kitchenette, A/C, great wifi, Netflix, two terraces, hot shower. The owner and cleaning staff were extremely sweet and accommodating. Watching the sunset on the roof terrace was the highlight. Highly recommended!

Balanca Studios in Puerto Morelos exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with great air conditioning. The wifi at the hotel was the best I've ever experienced. There were also some great restaurants nearby.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there was no signage outside the building. , the room I stayed in was located next to the office, so I didn't have much privacy.
